Merry Christmas Eve everyone! I am a little kid when it comes to Christmas and snow. Soooo when you put the 2 together?! The 10-year-old Kelsey comes out in full force! π
In Kansas City we don’t usually have a white Christmas – with our weather it could be FREEZING (usually without snow) or sunny and 75! However, we woke up to a dusting of fresh snow this morning! It has been a few years since we have had a white Christmas so I am going to soak every minute of this up!
I had not shared our outdoor Christmas decor yet so thought this would be the perfect opportunity! I used faux garland, simple white lights and real evergreen for the urns. I love the texture and coziness the real evergreen provide. For locals in Kansas City I got all of my evergreen in the urns from Family Tree Nursery. I am always impressed at their selection and service. I also found some awesome evergreen balls to hang from our porch from Lowes. I’m in love with them this year and cannot wait to try to make my own next year!
I topped the porch decor off with some trees from Walmart (gasp! Can’t beat $12!) and some buckets, baskets and lots of pine cones! I incorporated the glitzy magnolia leaf stems and classic red and black and white ribbon to coordinate with my interior decor.
I hope you have a WONDERFUL Christmas with your family and friends. God bless you all!
Thanks for stopping by!
